- Potong ayam menjadi 12 bagian, tambahkan 3 sendok tepung terigu lalu remas ayam hingga melengket di ayam, lalu cuci bersih dengan air mengalir untuk membuang darah dan lendir ayam.
- Peras jeruk nipis ditambah 2 sendok garam lalu campur air 100cc lalu masukkan ayam dan rendam selama 30 menit, setelah 30 menit bilas ayam dengan air putih.
- Campurkan bumbu marinasi ayam, lalu biarkan didalam kulkas selama semalaman (saya bikin ayam jam 5 sore, masaknya jam 9 pagi) tutup dengan plastic wrap, simpan di freezer.
- Setelah disimpan semalaman keluarkan ayam biarkan hingga tidak ada lagi bagian yang beku, lalu lumuri ayam dengan tepung bumbu serbaguna.. biarkan selama 30 menit di freezer setelah di lumuri tepung lalu di goreng dengan api kecil.
- Setelah di goreng 5menit, angkat ayam, tiriskan, lalu di double fry selama kurang lebih 15 menit dengan api kecil hingga berwarna coklat keemasan.. tiriskan dan ayam siap di santap.
