- Dalam wadah mixer, kocok butter sebentar kemudian masukkan gula sedikit2 mixer hingga putih mengembang, (pake whisk juga bisa, kocok hingga creamy dan putih seperti mayonnaise).
- Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil di mixer hingga tercampur rata, lalu masukkan larutan kopi susu, matikan mixer, aduk dengan spatula.
- Masukan tepung terigu dan baking powder sembari diayak, aduk rata pake spatula.
- Tuang adonan kedalam loyang yang sudah dialas baking paper, saya menggunakkan loyang silicone berukuran 20x8, panggang di oven bersuhu 170° selama 45 menit atau hingga matang.
- Setelah matang, biarkan hingga kue benar2 dingin, lalu semprot glaze secara zigzag bergantian perlahan, kopi dan susu, biarkan hingga mengering, potong2 dan sajikan.
